To reflect this, every NLV home is architecturally designed to accommodate the needs of the individual. At each new village there’s a range of home designs we call our “Designer Series” — offering a variety of designs, colour schemes and roof sections. Or we can customise your home for you with our “Custom Series” where you can be involved in the colour selection process every step of the way to ensure your home reflects your tastes and personality. You can also choose an established village home.

When we say the price includes almost everything, we mean it. You’ll be the proud owner of an architecturally-designed home complete with tiling, carpets, window treatments, light fittings and a tastefully decorated kitchen and bathroom. Also included in the price are items that are often considered extras, such as built-in robes, a garden shed, carport, patio and even the clothes line out the back. Innovative design, quality workmanship and first-class materials guarantee you a comfortable, easy-care home you’ll be proud of. Because NLV villages are becoming so popular, you benefit from our economies of scale: attractive extras such as water-wise fittings, rainwater tanks and sub-surface irrigation (that would incur extra costs elsewhere) are included in the price of your home. These features vary throughout the Villages. It doesn’t end there. A complete landscaping package of fencing, retaining walls, brick paving and reticulated landscaped gardens is also included in the price. NLV homebuyers are free from the usual hassles involved in setting up a new home. Initial connections to utilities such as water, gas, power, plus access control with vision to the front gate, and a village master TV antenna, are all included in the purchase price of a new home. Purchasers of an established home must simply arrange for reconnection with the relevant utility companies.
